CV & Cover Letter review

Screening call

If your application is shortlisted, you'll have a screening call with our Talent Acquisition Specialist, where we’ll discuss your background, your interest in the role, and your availability. It's also a chance for you to ask initial questions about the company and the position.

1st round of interview

This stage involves a more in-depth interview with a hiring manager or a relevant team member. We'll discuss your experience in detail and explore your skills. You’ll also have the opportunity to elaborate on your past work and career goals.

2nd round of interview (case study presentation)

For this stage, you'll be given a case study related to the job or asked for presentation of your past projects. This step helps us assess your problem-solving skills, your ability to work under pressure, and how you communicate complex ideas.

Contacting references

After the interviews, we may contact your references—typically former supervisors or colleagues. This helps us gain additional insights into your work ethic, performance, and how you've contributed in previous roles.
